Returns Policy
90-Day Free Returns
We want you to love your SlumbrBand purchase. Full-price items may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Final Sale Items
Any item purchased at a discounted or sale price is final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except as required by law or outlined below for damaged/defective items.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@slumbrband.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the process.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is a flat $10, which will be deducted from your refund. You'll receive a prepaid return label once your return is approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@slumbrband.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos or video clearly showing the damage/defect
We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for verified manufacturing defects — regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or on sale. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
Order Issues
If you received the wrong item or your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@slumbrband.com and we will work to resolve it.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. SlumbrBand is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
European Union Customers
If you are ordering from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To exercise this right, contact us at support@slumbrband.com within 14 days of delivery. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we may withhold reimbursement until the item is received back or you provide proof of return shipment. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
This right of withdrawal applies in addition to, and does not replace, your rights regarding defective or damaged items as outlined above, and remains separate from the 90-day return window offered above (EU customers get whichever is more favorable).
